ONLINE - BEAMeeting USA 2020

With the cancellation of the 2020 EIPBN conference originally scheduled for May 26-29 due to the Covid-19 situation, our immensely popular BEAMeeting at EIPBN is moving to an online format.

This web based BEAMeeting will be open to participants world-wide, centered around North-America time zone. We will have presentations from our Munich, Asia-Pacific and USA teams, plus we welcome user presentations related to E-Beam, Laser, and Nanolithography. This is also a alternative venue to present research that was scheduled for presentation at EIPBN. Please contact us if you want to be presenter.
